A relaxing stay in the heart of the suburb.

Great internal design. Nice bar with helpful and tolerant (of my lack of Spanish)

But of a confusing layout for catering areas. But fine once orientated.

Most enjoyable, staff were all very friendly, and always there to assist you with your needs

The breakfast was excellent. Buffet style, it covered everything you would wish for at breakfast. Continental, traditional, hot, cold courses, cereals, fruit juice, coffee and a selection of teas. Selection of milks for allergies and real fresh honey pour out of the hive honeycomb's. No restrictions, eat as much as you like.

We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in our room.

Very nice hotel in the center of Laguna, with swimming-pool

Very large and comfortable room. Nice hotel in a nice building with ancient style (at least the entrance part), in the heart of La Laguna. Quiet place. Nice place for having a drink as well. Staff was responsive for requests. Swimming-pool on the roof. Check-out at 12:00: this is good when you don't need to rush the day of departure.

Unfortunately when we came (late May) the weather was windy so we did not stay much in the swimming-pool for taking sun after, but this is not the responsibility of the hotel ;-)

Best vibes in La Laguna

We really enjoyed the overall vibe it gives. The interior the nice and friendly people working there, let it be the receptionists or bartenders. The breakfast was exceptional, there were plenty of options from sweet pastries and cakes every day. The rooftop chill area and pool were also perfect to get a tan and relax.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but it varies for eqch person, so it’s my preference.

Beautiful internal lounge /lobby/ garden area. Very relaxing and unusual. Terrific chairs and sofa's

Breakfast was buffet style and for us worked very well - selection was fresh and good. Location was great for the Museums and tram etc . A delightful setting for our 3 day break.

Dinner and snack menus could be improved and a little more varied. Otherwise a friendly and attractive hotel to stay in.

Faboulous , would love to come back

The location in the heart of the old town is wonderful, and an easy walk to the main attractions. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection of sweet and savory options ,fresh local produce and continental choices. The old part of the bulílding including the bar/lounge area is stunning. Enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace, unfortunately too windy during our stay to enjoy the pool area. Hotel has their own underground car park, which was convenient.

Piece of luxury in La Laguna

I am not a great target guest for such a luxurious hotel. The staff was really nice and they allowed us to checkin earlier. The interior is just breathtaking. Location is great for La Laguna. We enjoyed the hot tube on the terrace even in December.

Unfortunately, we have not used all services hotel offered (wineteka, fod services, massages). We just did not feel as fit-in as a travellers. There were couple things in the room that makes hard for me as a pregannt woman to take bath and the window was aimed to the parking lot on the ground floor.

Really enjoyed our stay!!

Our experience was a bit of a funny one, but in all very positive nevertheless. Some hickups at the beginning, where our room was not ready in time, and then the room we got was not the one we ordered. Then, when we finally got it, the wifi did not work, but, you know, in the end that was really the only reason we didn't score them a 10. The hotel is a really nice place with the lobby in the setting of an old La Laguna building and the rooms built behind it in a modern way. The staff is helpful and friendly! Breakfast is extensive, the rooftop terrace and pool have a view over the city and are very nice too. The hotel is situated right on the edge of the old city, so it's perfect for a stroll or (in our case) an evening tour of the christmas decorations all over the place. Parking beneath to hotel is possible for a decent fee. You do want to be careful driving into the parking garage (or out of it) - the entrance is narrow and if someone skips the traffic light you could meet another car halfway...

Very profesional staff !

Lobby, reception area, swimming pool all common area were exceptional! Breakfast very good - nice selection. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room needs some small refresh. Furnitures are scratch, bathroom shower looks really bad. Rooms are very basic. When you enter hotel you feel super special but not in the room unfortunately.

Central location, nice facilities

Fab location for getting to the old town. Good choice and breakfast and lovely communal areas

There was lots of noise after 22:30 and walls are thin so the wake up call for the neighbouring room woke us. Staff at breakfast were overwhelmed, despite it being mid-week, with lots of dirty table and waiting for seats
